Fleure
Body & lineage practitioner
I grew up between African, Asian and European cultures, surrounded by stories of migration, resilience and identity.
Very early on, I became curious about what we carry, and how our stories shape the way we move through the world. It naturally led me to study sociology and pursue people-centred roles.
My never-ending curiosity about the human experience also led me toward the wellness space. Over time, body-based practices such as yoga, dance and therapeutic practices deepened my understanding of how our experiences live within the body.
As I explored my own lineage, something became clear: the body remembers what the mind forgets. This exploration eventually led me to a meaningful practice.
Today, I support open-minded individuals already engaged in a process of personal development, in stepping into a way of living that feels more conscious and fulfilling.
My approach
We inherit more than physical traits.
Emotional events that were not fully processed - even across generations - can echo through the body. They can surface as chronic pain, recurring tension, or physical symptoms that don't always respond to conventional treatment.
My work begins at these origins. I explore with you what was carried forward, and look at your own lived experience to understand how these echoes shaped your reactions and behaviours. My approach aims at guiding you toward greater autonomy. The intention is to help you eventually find your own answers, step out of cycles rooted in old pain and move toward a more aligned way of living. Each session unfolds at your pace, in a space of confidentiality, grounded presence and attention to what emerges.
Sessions
Gain clarity about your story and the patterns that shape your life experience. Leave with a map of what's been holding you back.
Experiencing multiple sessions allows for a more comprehensive approach to the various areas of your life. An ongoing process is where patterns begin to shift.

“Dès les premiers instants, les échanges se font naturellement dans un climat de confiance.
Au fil de la séance, Fleure pose, au moment juste, des questions qui mettent en lumière des liens dont on n'avait pas forcément conscience.
Allez-y les yeux fermés et le coeur ouvert !"

What happens in a session?
I welcome you in a respectful and supportive setting, and we begin with what you are currently experiencing.
Using a structured, body-based protocol rooted in the Global Energetic Method of the Body, I then gather information about memories held in your origins and past.
This allows us to conversationally identify where a pattern originates - sometimes in your personal history, sometimes earlier.
We then bring this understanding back to your present life, to see how it is still active and what is ready to shift.
You leave the session with greater clarity, a sense of direction and tools to move forward more consciously.
Why the baobab?
Like the baobab tree that holds centuries of memory in its roots,
our sessions create a space where your ancestors' stories can be heard.
“J'ai eu la chance de vivre une séance avec Fleure début janvier, et ce fut une très belle expérience.
Ce moment a été une véritable révélation pour moi.
Je repars avec une meilleure compréhension de moi-même et une sensation de justesse précieuse.🙏"

In their own words
"Je me suis senti très à l'aise dès la première séance, j'ai senti que tu étais très consciencieuse et structurée, ce qui me plaît de manière générale.
Le fait que ce soit une thérapie transgénérationnelle, te fais te questionner différemment des thérapies classiques.
J'ai un côté très protecteur qui s'est naturellement estompé à tes côtés, car tu sais mettre en confiance"
